1. Senior Developer IBM WatsonX and Generative AI

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy Generative AI models using IBM WatsonX.
• Exposure to any of the domains such as Hospitality, Supply Chain, and Transportation & Logistics is desirable
• Implement advanced NLP models for contact center automation and agentic AI capabilities.
• Optimize existing automation frameworks for scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with architects and analysts to align development efforts with business requirements.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of development experience, with 2+ years in Generative AI using IBM WatsonX.
• Experience in domain-specific AI model development for Hospitality, Supply Chain, or Transportation & Logistics.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Familiarity with contact center tools and automation platforms.

2. Junior Developer IBM WatsonX and Generative AI

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and fine-tuning Generative AI models using IBM WatsonX.
• Support the development of automation features for contact center applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews and documentation.

Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in software development, preferably in AI/ML.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts and IBM WatsonX.
• Knowledge of Hospitality, Supply Chain, or Transportation & Logistics domains is a plus.
