Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Working Days: 6 Days (Rotational Offs)

Salary- 2L-4L (Depending on Interview)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Qualification & Test Drive Booking: Make 150-200 calls daily to potential customers, engaging them in meaningful conversations about their interest in vehicles and encouraging them to schedule test drives.
2. Client Engagement & Conversion: Qualify leads and encourage showroom visits for test drives, ensuring a high conversion rate from inquiries to test drive appointments.
3. Sales Support for Test Drives: Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a seamless customer experience, from phone interactions to in-store test drives.
4. Achieve Test Drive Targets: Drive showroom footfall to meet daily and monthly targets for scheduled test drives.
5. Record Keeping & Test Drive Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, lead statuses, and test drive appointments.

Requirements:

1) Very Important- Proficiency in English and the regional language of the state you are applying from.

2) Comfortable working from retail showrooms/Experience Center as part of the job.
