Job Description:

Join Harold Premium Lights, a leading eCommerce D2C brand in luxury lighting and decor, as a Sales Executive specializing in telesales and customer relationship management. We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in handling high-value sales, fostering long-term customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Telesales Excellence:

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, provide product information, and close high-ticket sales.
    • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to convert inquiries into sales effectively.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent follow-ups and personalized service.
    • Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

3. Sales Strategy Execution:

    • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products from Harold Premium Lights’ extensive luxury lighting range.
    • Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.

4. Site Visits & In-Person Sales:

    • Conduct site visits to offer personalized lighting consultations and finalize deals.
    • Handle walk-in customers at the store, ensuring a premium shopping experience.

5. Industry Expertise:

    • Leverage knowledge of the home decor industry to provide insightful recommendations.
    • Stay updated with product features, market trends, and competitors.

6. Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing and after-sales teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
    • Provide regular updates on leads, follow-ups, and closures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in telesales, preferably handling high-value products or services.
  • Strong track record of closing high-ticket sales and meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Background in the home decor or related industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform site visits and handle customers on the store floor.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools to track leads and follow-ups.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
