What You’ll Do:
As a Business Growth Owner, you will be at the heart of our client relationships, ensuring their success while growing alongside them. You will:


Client Management

  • Be the go-to person for your clients, understanding their needs and surpassing their expectations.
  • Host regular meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and recommend strategies.
  • Resolve client concerns swiftly and effectively, becoming their trusted advisor.

Project Management

  • Take ownership of SEO projects from planning to execution, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the SEO team to deliver results that align with client goals.
  • Keep projects on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.

SEO Strategy and Execution

  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
  • Use data-driven insights to craft strategies that deliver results.
  • Collaborate with content creators, developers, and designers to implement SEO tactics seamlessly.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor, analyze, and share SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Present performance reports in a way that excites clients and highlights their growth.
  • Use insights to optimize strategies for even better outcomes.

Team Collaboration

  • Work with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Share your expertise in internal meetings to help enhance our SEO services.

Business Growth

  • Spot opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and client referrals to grow recurring retainers.

What You Bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, ideally within a digital marketing agency with a focus on SEO.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—you love diving into data.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A knack for managing multiple clients and projects while staying organized and detail-oriented.
  • A client-first attitude with a drive to deliver exceptional service.
