• Design, Implement, and Maintain IT Systems:

• Windows server and Desktop Knowledge
• Install and configure all applications depending on Windows and Ubuntu
• Server, Desktop and Laptop Hardware Replacement

2. Network Administration

• Networking:

• Security Audits
• Backup and Disaster Recovery
• Firewall configuration and Maintenance
• CCTV Installed and configuration
• Depth Knowledge of VLan & Routing

• Security Knowledge: Expertise in security protocols, vulnerability assessments, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and security best practices.
• Troubleshooting & Analytical Skills: Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IT issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Automation Skills: Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible.
• Project Management: Experience leading IT projects and working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Leadership: Proven leadership skills, including managing IT teams and mentoring junior administrators.
