The Head of Operations is responsible for managing the school s operational functions, including transport, events, safeguarding, facilities, brand management, and safety. The role ensures efficient operations, compliance with safety protocols, and enhances the experience for students, parents, and staff.

Transport Management

• Oversee transport services for safety, efficiency, and punctuality.
• Ensure fleet maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Manage external transport providers and resolve transport-related issues.

Event Management

• Plan and execute school events like sports days, cultural programs, and parent meetings.
• Manage event logistics, budgets, and vendor coordination.

Safeguarding and Child Protection

• Implement child protection policies and training.
• Ensure safe environments and respond to incidents promptly.

Facilities Management

• Supervise facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
• Oversee repairs, upgrades, and vendor services.

Brand Management

• Collaborate with marketing to enhance the school s reputation.
• Maintain a positive physical and online school presence.

Parent Satisfaction

• Address parent concerns and maintain open communication.
• Collect feedback and integrate it into operational planning.

Safety Management

• Implement safety protocols, conduct drills, and train staff.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred.
• Experience: 7-10 years in operations, including 3-5 years in leadership roles, ideally in education.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and knowledge of safety standards and regulations.

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Strong organizational and crisis management skills.
• Focused on delivering quality experiences for all stakeholders.

• On-site role in Hyderabad with occasional travel and flexible hours for events or emergencies.
