The Chief of Staff will be an analytical yet hands-on strategic partner, aiding high growth and managing a diverse team of professionals. This role assists in the smooth management of day-to-day operations and thrives on working autonomously and across teams within our fund management (listed equity, private equity) and research organization. You will provide an insider look at scaling and operating a growth-stage company from the executive team s perspective, gaining insights into effective strategies and learning from challenges. Utilizing exceptional people and project management, communication, and relationship-building skills, you will drive our rapidly growing organization. This role reports to the CEO and is based in our Pune office.

Initiative Management : Oversee key initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Research & Analysis : Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market opportunities to support decision-making.
Executive Communications : Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Calendar Management : Oversee the CEO s calendar and commitments, ensuring effective time management and prioritization.
Cross-Functional Liaison : Serve as a liaison between the CEO s office and other departments, fostering collaboration and information sharing.
Role Requirements
CA or CFA and MBA from a premier institute.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar executive role within the investment management industry or financial services industry.
Strong work ethic and initiative: Ability to work independently and get things done.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
High discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
