Job Description
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists and engineering teams to understand requirements and design a robust, scalable platform
- Define the architecture and infrastructure components needed to support the organizations applications
- Design and implement reliable and robust infrastructure to make agents predictable
- Build and implement observability and evaluation frameworks for GenAI
- Prior hands-on experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Llama), Agentic frameworks are MUST
- Min 6+ years of experience in Python, AI/ML
- Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals & Software engineering principles ( Algorithms, Data Structures )
- Strong Knowledge of Cloud Platform (at least 1 of, AWS, Azure, GCP), Containers/Kubernetes
- Strong programming skills and experience in writing performant code working over large datasets
- Strong understanding of security and compliance best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Characteristics: A good leader who can communicate the project plans and status of projects effectively A self-motivated person who can work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and influencing skills, with proven ability to take initiatives
