Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain and organize both physical and digital office files, documents, and records.
• Oversee office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
• Support HR functions such as maintaining employee attendance records, onboarding new hires, and other
employee-related documentation.
• Track office supplies and manage inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure resources are available.
• Organize and coordinate company events, including meetings, conferences, and employee activities.
• Ensure all office equipment is in good working order, scheduling repairs and maintenance as needed.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an administrative support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
