Administration Executive

Position: Admin Executive.

Job Location: Malad West.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Management: Oversee the general office environment, ensuring facilities are well-maintained, equipment is functional, and supplies are adequately stocked. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and repair services.
2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
3. Event and Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring logistical details are in place (venue, catering, IT setup). Manage meeting schedules, prepare agendas, and handle follow-ups for key action points.
4. Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure quality services and cost efficiency. 
5. Facility Management: Ensure all office facilities (workspaces, meeting rooms, break areas) are functional, clean, and equipped with necessary supplies.
