Junior Estimation Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team. As an Junior Estimation Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for civil engineering projects, including High-rise Residential, Commercial Buildings, Medical College, Air Port and other projects.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

1. Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.

2. Conduct site visits to gather data and information for estimation purposes.

3. Analyse and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts.

4. Research and update material prices, labour costs, and equipment rates.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction.

6. Develop and maintain estimation databases, spreadsheets, and software.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

2. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in estimation, cost engineering, or a related field.

3. Should have sound knowledge of Auto Cad & RCC Quantity Working with Auto Steel software knowledge.

4. Overall experience in Quantity Surveying & Estimation.
