Guest Service Associate/Crew member/F&B service Associate

NY Cinemas, one of the leading multiplex chains, Introduces its new property in Gandhinagar, offering an exceptional cinematic experience with 6 screens, including 2 luxurious ones. As a Guest Service Associate, you will ensure guests have an extraordinary experience by providing top-notch service in both the luxury cinema and F&B areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Ensure a seamless and comfortable cinema experience.
• Take and deliver food & beverage orders on the seats, ensuring high quality and service.
• Upsell premium services and F&B items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience in hospitality or service roles is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
