Guest Service Associate - Houskeeping

Role & responsibilities

1. To execute cleaning of rooms and public area as per duty allocation.

2. To ensure proper cleaning procedures are carried out as per standard.

3. To ensure room and bathroom linen are changed as per policies.

4. To ensure all room are provide with specified supplies as per standard.

5. To carry out extra / spring cleaning as per schedule.

6. To intimate supervisor for misuse of linen / fixed assets.

7. To clean and properly stack pantries and trolleys as per standard.

8. To assist the supervisor with inventory of linen and fixed assets of rooms.

9. To deliver guest request as and when required.

10. To adhere to existing policies and procedures and any amendments to ensure guest satisfaction.

11. Make physical check of rooms for preparing Housekeeping Occupancy List.

12. Remove and dispose of refuse and rubbish at the assigned area

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Graduate/ Diploma in Hotel Management
