About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional to join us as an Assistant Manager - Performance and Learning. In this role, you will:

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management

• Lead monthly performance reviews (GROW process) and goal-setting across teams.
• Analyze performance data to deliver actionable insights.
• Automate and improve performance processes for scalability and efficiency.

Learning and Development

• Design and implement training programs to address skill gaps and boost performance.
• Measure the impact of training through data and feedback.

Culture and Engagement

• Conduct new hire inductions to align them with the organizations mission and culture.
• Work with teams to embed core values into everyday practices.
• Partner with HR to design initiatives that boost employee engagement and retention.

Leadership Development

• Support leadership programs and track their success.
• Identify and nurture high-potential employees for future leadership roles.

Operational Excellence

• Prepare and present performance and leadership data in reports.
• Ensure programs run smoothly with high-quality documentation.

What Youll Bring

• 2–6 years of experience in performance management, learning and development, or organizational development.
• Strong execution skills to deliver results on time and with precision.
• Analytical mindset to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
• Adaptability and a track record of solving problems in dynamic environments.
