Internal Product Manager - Digital Loan Aggregator Platform (WFO -HYD)

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Internal Product Manager to lead and transform our digital loan platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end customer loan journey, from application to disbursement. You will work closely with our tech team, NBFC partners, and internal teams to drive product enhancements, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for our digital loan platform, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation to enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• API Integration Management:
• Collaborate with NBFC Product Teams and internal Tech Team to ensure seamless integration of APIs, optimizing performance and reliability.
• Oversee API documentation, testing, and deployment processes.
• Monitor API performance and address any issues promptly.
• Team Leadership:
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Process Optimization:
• Continuously analyze and optimize operational processes to reduce errors, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
• Leverage data analytics to uncover insights and inform decision-making.
• Project Management:
• Take ownership of projects related to API integrations, operational improvements, and product enhancements.
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Data Analysis:
• Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, identify trends, and measure the impact of product initiatives.
• Leverage data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of API integration processes and technologies.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly Fintech or NBFCs, is preferred.
• Proficiency in using tools like Retool,Google sheets, appscripts, Google Collab etc for internal process automation.
• A passion for innovation and a desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Additional Considerations:

• Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus.
• Technical skills in programming languages (e.g., Python, Javascript) or databases (e.g., SQL) may be beneficial.
• Strong ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to changing priorities.
