Bid and Proposal Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and tenders for new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams to develop comprehensive and interesting proposals.
• Analyse and interpret customer requirements to tailor proposals effectively.
• Create a repository for standardized proposal templates and content.
• Manage and maintain proposal timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Conduct regular reviews and lessons learned sessions to improve the bid and proposal process.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal guidelines for all bids and proposals.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in bid and proposal management, preferably within the IT or cloud services industry.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
