Job Description
Requirements:
- WEstablishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.
- Preparing MIS Dashboard and ERP reports (Weekly, Monthly) in Excel.
- Take the ownership of IMS.
- Monitoring the support department if the ticket has been closed accordingly updated onIMS or not.
- Coordinate with the developer team.
- Comfortable in client interaction.
- Managing customer relationships addressing both service & sales queries for customerswith an objective to engage & retain customers.
- Coordinate closely with the ERP business process ownerst to maintain and update the ERPsystem.
