Job Description

The Admin Executive role provides administrative support to the HR team with a variety of
tasks and projects related to office administration, employee records and employee
engagement. This role is a great opportunity for individuals who are interested in learning
more about Company Administration and gaining practical experience in a variety of HR
administration functions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for office operations, including purchasing,
  • maintenance, IT support, and facility management
  • Provide administrative support to the HR management team, including filing data entry,
  • and Employee document preparation.
  • Maintain and update records of company assets, expenses, and other administrative
  • documents.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other
  • administrative services.
  • Assist with company-related tasks, such as event planning, travel arrangements and
  • vendor management.
  • Handle invoices, petty cash, and basic financial tasks in coordination with the
  • accounts department.
  • Manage employee uniforms, ID cards, and other assets.
  • Organise employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, social
  • gatherings, and wellness programs.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Managing office Assets and facilities in an Efficient Manner.
Ensuring process complaints and process improvements make employee interaction
with an organisation more efficient.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Job Role
The Admin role is a critical member of the HR team, providing administrative support for a
variety of HR functions and helping to create a positive and engaging work environment for
employees. The role will gain hands-on experience with office administration, employee
records management, company policy and procedure development, and employee
engagement plannings.


Pre Requisites
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration.
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
