• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution required (preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field). • One or more Salesforce certifications. • 2+ years’ experience supporting Salesforce SalesCloud and/or ServiceCloud in a lightning enabled environment. • Strong focus on teamwork and ability to work as part of different teams and cultures across all functions and levels. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills. • Ability to turn complex user requirements into Jira User Stories to be used by Analysts and System Integrators. • Good English oral and written communication and presentation skills. • Willingness and ability to continuously learn new skills and take on board added responsibilities. • Occasional travel may be required.
