Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.

• Achieve sales targets by increasing the market share of the companys products in the assigned region.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Drive brand visibility and product awareness in key on-trade establishments.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (owners, managers, bartenders, chefs, etc.) in HORECA businesses.
• Provide high levels of customer service and maintain long-term business partnerships.
• Handle client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates on progress toward sales targets.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding customer preferences and market insights.
• Organize and execute promotions, tastings, and events to drive product adoption within the HORECA sector.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials and initiatives that support on-trade sales efforts.
• Ensure that promotional materials and POS (Point of Sale) displays are appropriately positioned in key locations.
• negotiate pricing and contracts with customers, ensuring profitability for the company while maintaining competitive rates.
• Prepare quotes and pricing proposals based on client requirements and market conditions.
