Mechanical Site Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision
o Oversee operations across multiple site locations across India to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
o Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.
2. Team Coordination
o Manage and lead a team of workers, ensuring they perform their tasks efficiently.
o Assign and delegate responsibilities to team members based on project requirements.
o Act as a point of contact for any site-related issues, escalating concerns when necessary.
3. Documentation and Reporting
o Maintain accurate records of site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment usage.
o Collect, organize, and analyze operational data from various sites and teams to identify trends and areas for improvement.
o Present data-driven reports on site performance, vendor management, and payment statuses to senior management.
o Provide daily and weekly reports on project progress to the project manager.
o Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are up to date.
4. Process Optimization:
o Identify bottlenecks in site operations and implement strategies for process improvements.
o Continuously monitor operational metrics and develop strategies to drive improvements.
5. Material and Equipment Management
o Oversee the availability of materials and equipment on-site.
o Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
o Monitor and control site expenses within the assigned budget.
6. Quality Control
o Conduct regular inspections to ensure service level quality standards are met.
o Report any loopholes or discrepancies in the system and follow up with corrective actions.
7. Health & Safety Compliance
o Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site, conducting regular safety briefings.
o Identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
o Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
8. Customer Management:
o Manage relationships with customers, including negotiation of contracts, payment terms, and service agreements, and their feedback.
