About the Team

At Nutanix, you will have the opportunity to join our Billing team, consisting of 8 members located across India and the US. You will report to the Senior Engineering Manager within the Billing team.

Your Role

• You will be a part of the implementation team responsible for building innovative cloud products.
• Writing efficient, scalable, and clean code including both backend and frontend.
• Developing features with JavaScript/Java and related technologies.
• Ability to understand business requirements and user stories into design specifications and solid code.
• Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Integrating with a third-party system via RESTful/SOAP APIs.
• Able to demonstrate creating well-architected REST APIs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.
• Able to support/guide the team in design and code reviews.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor and/or Master in computer science OR related field of study.
• 10+ years of experience in developing Cloud/SaaS Applications.
• Strong Software Engineering and Cloud background are required.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with one or more web application frameworks such as ExpressJS, Sails. js etc.
• Expertise in configuring and setting up AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud Marketplace for selling products.
• Experience in working with AWS/Azure/GCP marketplace with CPPO/MPPO model.
• Knowledge of UI technologies like React JS, CSS, HTML etc.
• Experience with NodeJs, GoLang and SQL DBs.
• Experience with distributed messaging systems like Kafka.
• Good problem-solving skills and hunger to learn new technologies.
• Strong in Data structures and Algorithms and Analytical Skills.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and multi-cloud environments like AWS, Azure.
• Experience with developing and managing cloud-computing environments like Amazon EC2, Azure, and Heroku is a real plus.
• Robust web application technology experience.
