Professional Services Consultant 2

• Monitor and ensure the health of production infrastructure, proactively identifying potential issues.
• Assist customers in adopting and maximizing the use of Nutanix portfolio solutions.
• Collaborate with the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team to resolve issues and drive them to closure.
• Prepare and share a comprehensive roadmap plan for customer activities over the next 6 to 8 months.
• Provide guidance on Nutanix best practices, reference architecture, and validated design.
• Act as a trusted adviser to customers regarding new Nutanix solutions and offerings.
• Engage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders during customer interactions.
• Build expertise in virtualization technologies and Nutanix products to drive long-term customer success.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration and virtualization technologies.
• Proficient in VMware skills and architecture, including managing production VMware clusters.
• Strong understanding of storage concepts in virtualization and VMware internal networking architecture.
• Ability to independently analyze and troubleshoot complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with abilities to articulate problems clearly.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders during discussions.
• Knowledge of Nutanix portfolio products is a bonus.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts is beneficial.
