Software Development Engineer - SASE Solution (4-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Software Development for SASE Solution : Develop and integrate features for the software-based data path using technologies like VPP/DPDK and other security infrastructure solutions.

2. Cloud-Native Solutions : Work in a cloud-native, containerized environment using Kubernetes and Docker, focusing on security and network architecture.

3. Security Infrastructure & Features Development : Design and develop features for security protocols like IPSEC, VPN, QoS, and DPI, as part of the SASE platform.

4. Open Source Integration : Identify, enhance, and integrate open-source software for networking protocols, firewalls, secure web gateway, and next-gen firewall components.

5. Collaboration and Independent Work :

- Work effectively in a multi-site, distributed team environment across different time zones.

- Must be able to work independently with high-level guidance.

6. Networking and Data-Plane Development : Experience in data-center networking and development of data-plane and forwarding components, contributing to performance optimization.

Required Technical Skills :

Must-Have :

- Strong experience with DPDK, C/C++, Golang.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker.

- Familiarity with SDN Architecture (Software-Defined Networking).

Good-to-Have :

- Experience in Security Software Development (e.g. , IPSEC, VPN, QoS, DPI).

- Experience with networking protocols and security solutions (Firewall, Secure Web Gateway, etc.)

- Previous work in data-plane development and open-source integrations.

Desired Experience :

- 4 to 12 years of experience in software development and networking solutions, with a focus on security, data path, and cloud-native technologies.

- Previous experience in working with data center networking, SASE solutions, and cloud security infrastructure
