The Nursing Head will oversee and lead nursing operations to ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and quality in a mother and child hospital. This role focuses on clinical excellence, staff management, and operational efficiency while maintaining a patient-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership : Ensure evidence-based practices and quality care delivery in obstetrics, gynecology, pediatrics, and neonatal units.
Staff Management : Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to maintain high performance, engagement, and retention.
Operational Oversight : Optimize nursing workflows, staffing schedules, and resource allocation for 24/7 operations.
Quality & Compliance : Implement protocols to meet NABH/JCI standards, ensure infection control, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
Patient-Centric Care : Foster a culture of compassionate, family-centered care, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety.
Collaboration : Work closely with medical leadership, administration, and cross-functional teams to enhance outcomes and operational synergy.
Continuous Improvement : Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and introduce innovative practices for efficiency and better care delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
B.Sc./GNM Nursing with 10-15 years of progressive experience, including leadership roles in maternal and child health.
Strong expertise in clinical protocols, people management, and quality frameworks.
