Candidate should have sound knowledge of Linux & Vmware

Knowledge on different virtulization platform will be added advantange

Good practical working ability with Vmware, Openstack tools.

3+ years experience is required and should be ready to work in shifts(24/7)

Able to communicate effectively with internal customers

Good written and verbal communication

Effective team player willing to assist others when needed

Flexible and willing to learn new technologies and applications

Heres what we are looking for in candidates for this job

Experience working on Vmware Vsphere administration skills

Good Understanding of virtualization technology

Good hands on command line of ESX.

Good hands on Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of ESX server environment.

Experience in performance tuning of VMWare servers and Virtual sessions and management of servers resources between virtual machines.

Work on major severity and complex server issues

Configure and Manage Monitoring Alerts w r t VMware Hypervisors and VM s

Ability to read logs

Hands on experience on VNC, NX and tiger VNC

Certification Preferred: Vmware, RHCSA

Good knowledge and understanding of Virtual Machines, Windows/Linux Server

Ability to work in a team & communicate with team members for either guidance at work or knowledge sharing

Good written and spoken English

Good understanding of operational framework like ITIL and operations process

Have an ownership mentality to resolve issues on own or with the help of others

Should be self-starter
