Customer Service Intern/Trainee

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in panel commissioning to ensure timely completion of targets.
• Provide remote support via phone/video calls to address customer concerns.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve panel operational faults as per customer requirements.
• Support smooth panel operation during commissioning, including minor modifications if needed.
• Follow applicable standards and guidelines like QMS, EMS, and Legrand Way.
• Assist in diagnosing and rectifying faults during panel commissioning/modification.
• Ensure adherence to safety measures to maintain a zero-accident work environment.
• Collaborate with the service team and contribute effectively as a team player.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/BE/Btech in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of PLC programming, relay settings, panel testing, or commissioning is a plus.
