Role & responsibilities

Designation : Technical Sales Executive

Job Role : Inbound & Outbound Voice Process.

Attaining Inbound and outbound calls from the existing customers & giving them Technical Support related to Troubleshoot and Antivirus System / Printer related problem which they are facing.

Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software.(Sales Process)

Preferred candidate profile

Must have dialed the Outbound for Tech Process.

Candidates are required to be energetic, patience and alert while speaking to customers over the call.

Must be able to close calls and take payments from the customers.

Must be confident in pitching the service plans to the customers.

Must be very fluent in English.

Must be comfortable for Rotational Shifts.

Well versed with Computer Basic knowledge

-Operating System (Windows & Mac)

-Browsers

-Antivirus

-Printer and Scanner

-MS Word

-MS Excel

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum HSC passed
• Experience - Minimum 1years in International Sales or Collection Exp. with proper documents.

Salary :- 20k to 35k Inhand + Attractive Incentives

Fixed Evening US Shifts (6:30 PM - 4:00 AM)

5 Days Working, Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off

Centralized Pick Up & Home Drop Available
