We are currently seeking a BluePrism Support to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Triages and provides technical expertise in resolving complex product issues
• Documents sequence of events related to resolving customer technical issues
• Experience in developing / Supporting the Blue Prism bots
• Test, organize and report the progress of on-going issues on regular basis
• Prepare and summarize customer input/comments on product features/capabilities for product marketing and planning
• Having an understanding/experience in Power Apps / Power Automate bot development is preferred
• Support the Hyper care period after the go-live.
• Relevant certifications in RPA are beneficial.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in business or related field
• 3-5 years of development/Support experience on Automation Anywhere
• Understands basic Internet and client/server architectures
• Ability is work in the shift models (afternoon / night shifts) is required

Preferences:

• Experience working with development teams preferred

Experience in systems implementation, business analysis
