Corporate Counsel Advisor

Actively looking to engage legal professionals for a Corporate Counsel role in the India Legal Team of NTT DATA.

Work Ex - 8-13 years.

Preferred work experience - In house counsel in IT sector organization.

Educational qualification - LLB/LLM degree from a premier college/university

• Adept at independently drafting, vetting, reviewing and negotiating Client contracts and/or Vendor contracts.
• Experienced and skilled in handling Master Services Agreements, Managed Services Agreements, Professional Services Agreement, Consulting Services Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Subcontracting Agreements, SOWs, Legal advice etc.
• Proficient in handling complex/large, medium and small deals for a broad spectrum of services across US, EMEA and APJ.
• Ability to be strategic and execution oriented to support and handle end to end management of the commercial contracts.
• Expertise to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail capability.
• Expertise in analysing, addressing and mitigating commercial and legal risk in the Contracts.
• Act as legal SME for commercial contracts in Client contracts and/ or Vendor Contracts.
• Proficient in directly liasoning and communicating with members of various internal teams.
• Ability to be an excellent team player.
• Excellent Time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
