We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).
JD:
Technical
- Troubleshoot issues with Discovery, SCCM, Intune and applicable Service Graph connectors.
- Ensure IRE rules are correctly set up and CI/Asset data is correctly loaded into CMDB.
- Work with asset/CI owners to identify discovery patterns, configure and CMDB load.
- Work with asset/CI owners on non-discovered assets and resolve.
- Verify completeness, compliance, correctness, stale CIs, duplicate CIs and resolve if issues.
- Perform regular checks on CMDB health dashboard/metrics/KPIs for accuracy.
- Resolve CI discrepancies if impacting other processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- ServiceNow configurations, integrations, development would be plus.
Non-Technical
- Excellent communications.
- Collaboratively work with multiple teams.
- Ability to coordinate and exchange work with Offshore team.
- Work in shifts
- Current shift timings (2 AM PST - 11 AM PST)
