• System Administration:
• Install, configure, and maintain SAP ECC systems on Windows Machines installed with MS SQL server.
• Manage SAP system landscapes and perform system refreshes and copies.
• Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning.
• Monitor all SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space) ensure they are tuned and running.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical support for SAP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in the entire context of SAP Basis.
• Manage SAP transport management system (TMS) and perform transport activities.
• Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability, and performance of each SAP instance.
• Security and Compliance:
• Ensure SAP systems adhere to security standards and policies.
• Manage user roles and authorizations.
• SSL and SSO configuration. Exchange of certificates, renewal of certificates, building trust between two systems.
• System Upgrades and Patch Management:
• Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancement packages.
• Perform kernel upgrades and apply support packages and SAP notes.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver project milestones.
• Good communication skills to handle bridge calls with clients.
• Additional requirements:
• Administration knowledge MSAzure cloud platform.
• You support our customers as 2nd and 3rd level support in the areas of trouble shooting and performance services.
