Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 4 to 8 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Technical Recruiter.
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting and proficiency in a variety of interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, CV databases, and professional networks.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Talent Solutions for candidate sourcing.
  • Ability to recruit for specialized roles in SAP, IT, Infrastructure, and HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC).
  • Proficiency in documenting recruitment processes while keeping up with emerging trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to align with stakeholders and drive recruitment objectives.
  • Passionate about organizational growth and achieving hiring goals within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define selection criteria for each position.
  • Source candidates proactively through online channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, and other professional networks.
  • Specialize in hiring for SAP roles, IT professionals, Infrastructure experts, and HEC (HANA Enterprise Cloud) specialists.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and structured interview questions aligned with role requirements.
  • Compile a shortlist of suitable candidates by evaluating CVs, portfolios, and references.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of the recruitment process, including interview notes and related materials, for sharing with stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Support the overall recruitment process by assisting with administrative tasks, sourcing strategies, and aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Deliver recruitment targets within SLAs by leveraging diverse sourcing channels like social media, job boards, referrals, and other platforms.
