Position Title: SAP EM Consultant

Job Location: Work from Home

Job Description:

• Candidate should be willing to work in night shifts
• Total relevant experience 8 plus years Design, configure, and implement SAP Event Management modules based on business needs.
• Expert in Event Processing and Monitoring Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and optimize processes.
• Configure SAP EM to capture events from SAP ERP and external systems, analyse events for exceptions and delays, and set up automated alerts.
• Integrate SAP EM with other applications, generate reports for decision-makers, and support integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, ABAP programming can be beneficial. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various departments.
• Provide user training and support, create technical documentation, and stay updated with SAP EM trends and best practices.

Client Engagement: Meet with potential clients on-site to understand their business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.

Solution Design & Consultation:

Collaborate with sales teams and technical experts to design solutions that address customer needs and provide strategic guidance. Product Demonstrations:

Deliver compelling and technical product demonstrations to showcase the solutions capabilities and benefits. Proof of Concept (PoC):

Manage and implement Proof of Concept (PoC) projects to demonstrate the real-world value of the product or service. Sales Support:

Provide technical assistance to the sales team in creating proposals, RFP responses, and presentations tailored to client requirements.

Market Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to effectively position solutions against competing products.

Customer Feedback:

Gather feedback from clients during engagements to help refine product offerings and service delivery.
