Job Title: Senior UX Designer

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UX Designer with over 6 years of experience to lead and deliver exceptional user experiences for our B2C platforms. The ideal candidate will excel in user research, interaction design, and usability testing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create seamless digital experiences. A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and technical proficiency with design tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

User Research

• Conduct in-depth user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Analyze user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Create detailed user personas and journey maps.

Wireframing & Prototyping

• Design low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Utilize tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure with proficiency.
• Iterate prototypes based on feedback and testing.

Interaction Design (IxD)

• Create intuitive navigation flows and interaction patterns.
• Design micro-interactions and animations for enhanced usability.
• Map out information architecture for complex systems.

Visual Design

• Design clean, modern, and visually appealing interfaces.
• Demonstrate mastery of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Maintain consistency through design systems.

Usability Testing & Evaluation

• Organize and conduct usability testing sessions.
• Synthesize findings into actionable design improvements.
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to measure performance.

Technical Skills :

Design Tools

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, and Miro.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Front-End Tools

• Understand HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals (preferred, not mandatory).
• Collaborate with developers for design handoff using tools like Zeplin.

Prototyping Tools

• Experience with tools like ProtoPie, Framer, or Principle for advanced prototyping.

Soft Skills :

Communication

• Present design concepts and justify decisions to stakeholders.
• Write clear design documentation and reports.

Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and researchers.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.

Problem-Solving

• Apply design thinking to solve complex user challenges.
• Balance user needs with business goals.

Adaptability

• Quickly iterate based on feedback and shifting priorities.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and tools.

Domain-Specific Knowledge

• Experience designing for B2C platforms such as e-commerce, SaaS, or mobile applications.
• Familiarity with agile and lean UX methodologies.
• Knowledge of motion design or advanced animations (optional but valuable).
