Site Engineer

Job Description
❖ Job Summary-
We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our team. The Engineer will work closely with the project director and other
management professionals to ensure successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have graduate/
Diploma degree in any construction/Interior field or have an experience in similar field (Architect, Civil Engineer,
Interior designer). The Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and management of projects
ensuring all work is completed considering companies safety, quality policies within approved budget.

❖ Job Responsibilities-
o Site Execution:
Execute construction work as per BOQ, drawings, and instructions from the client and project
director.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Estimation and Costing:
Calculate material and manpower quantities based on the BOQ.
Material Procurement:
Share material and manpower requirements with the head office in advance to ensure smooth
workflow.
Monitor material availability to prevent delays.
Vendor Coordination:
Coordinate with vendors to maintain uninterrupted work progress on-site.
Client Coordination:
Communicate regularly with the client to understand and address their requirements.
Ensure all client requirements are fulfilled within the project scope.
BOQ and Drawing Knowledge:
Interpret BOQs and site drawings accurately for project execution.
Measurements:
Conduct joint measurements with the client.
Submit signed measurement copies to the head office for the billing process.
Site Management:
Resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain steady progress.
Documentation Management:
Prepare and manage site documentation, including:
Daily progress reports
Daily labor reports
Petty cash reports
Site drawings
Material invoices

Job Requirement: -
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering/Architect, Interior Designer or any related Field.
1 to 3 Year of work experience in Interior fitout field.
Willing to work Pan India Basis.
