Job Description
- Deliver key enhancements and development projects as part of Global Programs.
- Review ongoing production software operations and troubleshoot production issues.
- Implement tools to monitor application performance metrics and automatically notify the team of production failures.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and adhere to Agile methodologies.
- Support applications within the context of the application and service management process framework.
- Collaborate with the global team to plan and conduct disaster recovery tests.
- Support management initiatives, including training and data analysis.
- Learn and adapt to Ford processes and tools such as PDO, AGILE, and GRC. Be willing to understand processes and tools utilized by interfacing application teams.
- Engage in IT security and control activities, including access controls, documentation, testing of controls, and internal/external audits.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills in English when interacting with global internal customers and IT teams during daily operations.
Skills Required:
- Programming: Core Java, J2EE Struts, Java Web Services, Angular JS, Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services, JSF
- Web Technologies: jQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap
- Scripting: PERL, Linux Shell Scripting
- Databases: SQL Server, Oracle
