NSRCEL is the start-up incubator of IIM Bangalore. We are deeply committed to mobilizing the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the country to foster innovation and economic growth. As an organization, we have had the privilege of working with some of the brightest minds in the industry, and we take pride in our ability to identify and nurture talent. 1,15,600+ entrepreneurs participated in various programs, workshops, masterclasses and events so far. These initiatives have provided a platform for entrepreneurs to gain insights, expand their network, and hone their skills.
Additionally, NSRCEL has partners with corporates like Goldman Sachs, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Maruti Suzuki, Capgemini and Alstom among others to support entrepreneurs in focused sectors like mobility, fintech, AI, Climate and Impact led entrepreneurship.
As an Assistant Manager, you are expected to:
Own program outreach and establish & manage outreach partnerships
Nurture, build & serve portfolio of startups across diverse sectors
Lead planning and designing the program. Proactively monitor its progress, resolve issues and initiate appropriate action
Own program outreach and establish & manage outreach partnerships
Work closely with teams to successful fulfil founder needs.
Identify key problems in start-ups and help them navigate through these problems by bringing in suitable support and interventions
Manage multiple stakeholders ranging from the founders to the funding partners
Design, manage and optimize incubation SOPs
Designing the program interventions and implementation
Network and drive partnerships with players in the entrepreneurship ecosystem (co-incubation partners, technology & policy partners research bodies)
Be a liaison between the NSRCEL team functions.
