Position: PCB Assembly Engineer
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujrat
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: 2 years for Freshers, or 4+ years for experienced candidates

Key Responsibilities

• PCB Assembly: Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) with precision and accuracy, ensuring all components are placed and soldered correctly according to the design specifications.
• Schematic Creation: Generate schematics and layouts for single-layer, multi-layer, and high-speed PCBs.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct functional tests and debug PCBs to ensure optimal performance and compliance with specifications.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of designs, schematics, and testing processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the hardware engineering team to understand design requirements and ensure seamless integration.
• Manufacturing Support: Assist in the manufacturing process by providing design files and resolving design-related issues.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure PCBs meet industry standards for quality and reliability.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in PCB Assembly processes, including manual and automated assembly techniques, soldering, and quality checks.
• Understanding of PCB manufacturing processes, signal integrity, and thermal management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for debugging circuit boards.
• Basic knowledge of embedded systems or programming is a plus.
