Junior Engineer in Field of Manufacturing Quality Control

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibility of Cell area (Highlighting of Quality issues and Production Stoppages)

• Monitor for Drawings / Control Plan / Quality Plan/ Work Instruction documents on Cell Area.
• Highlight any Inprocess shortages.
• Use of measuring instruments Trimos, Vernier, Height Gauge, Air Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge Go/NOGO Gauges, Micrometer, etc. for critical parameters.
• In-warding / In-Process and Final inspection of various materials.
• Quality Tools such as 8D, Why-Why, OPL, Identification sheets.
• Co-ordinating activity for IATF 16949 related Process / Product / Layout Audits.
• Highlighting of daily Safety, Quality, Production and Maintenance Area for Cell area.
• Analysis Rejection/Reworks complaints from Customer, Internal and Supplier Processes.
• Handle area of FG Part Family for Final Inspection / End of Line Issues

Desired Candidate Profile

Location preferred around Bhosari area.

• Knowledge and use of Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Trimos is expected for inspection purpose.
• Basic skill required for Team communication and feedback.
• Confident team player, ability to find improvement areas.
• Logical reasoning and Quality focused.
• Vehicle is not a requirement but will be preferred.
