Position Summary:
In this role you will work closely with the Associate Product Managers and Product Managers to build and deliver a commercially successful product that spans core sectors across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary tasks of this role revolve around core product development working as part of a cross-functional Agile development team to design and develop NPS Prism s interactive platform. This includes building and maintaining automated data pipelines, product databases, data analysis applications and data visualization dashboards. The person in this role will be closely involved in the product deliveries to the clients.
Support Product team in the development and delivery of new and existing NPS Prism instruments to subscription clients
Analyze the data and design/review client-ready visualization dashboards with coaching from the NPS Prism Data Visualization and NPS Prism Product leaders
Develop key insights and data analysis for usage by product leaders and customer-facing teams
Supports team leads in problem solving, hypothesis generation, research and insight generation and quality control
Communicates data, knowledge clearly explain insights implications for other team members and product leads
Ensures zero-defect across own work streams as well as those being co-managed
Understands client needs/context and demonstrates ability to resolve complex issues on critical work streams, working closely with the Product Manager and Associate Product Manager
Communicate status, roadblocks and updates to product leaders as well as commercial team leaders
Ensures timely, high-quality delivery of output to clients through effective execution, quality control and work planning
Provide ongoing customer support for subscription customers, such as additional data cuts and responding to questions about the data/methodology.

Strong acumen for number crunching
Ability to conduct complex data analysis using Excel, Alteryx or other data analytics software
Effectively communicate complex data challenges in English with product leaders and commercial / client-facing teams
Ability to effectively explain her/his analysis and defend the thesis
Can create timelines / workplan for their workstreams and provide supervisor with visibility to status of key initiatives
Must be result-driven, be an analytical and creative thinker, be self-motivated and proactive, be highly organized and demonstrated ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-moving environment
High attention-to-detail and uncompromising attitude towards delivering high-quality outputs
Entrepreneurial spirit, innovative mind-set, willing to try new things, think outside the box, test and learn attitude
Preferred Skills: (not mandatory)
Masters in Business Administration or Masters in a technology-related field
Strong experience in the development of data preparation and analytical tools using Alteryx
Experience working with data visualization dashboards using Tableau or other data visualization engines, including the definition and implementation of calculation methodologies in attention to basic statistics and business concepts
