Sr. Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring they are high-performance and scalable.
• Collaborate with architects, managers, and other developers to understand system requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex technical solutions, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.
• Perform code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster their growth.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and development issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in the Java ecosystem and recommend new

technologies to improve product efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java (Core Java, Java 8+, Java 17), J2EE, and Java frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.).
• Proficient in working with RESTful APIs, web services
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Experience with building and deploying Java applications using tools like Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and software

engineering principles.

• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, and mocking frameworks (Mockito).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerized applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and deliver high-quality software on time.

Technical Skills:

• Languages: Java (Core Java, Java 8+, Java 17), Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security), Hibernate
• Web Technologies: RESTful APIs, SOAP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Databases: Relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Tools: Git, Maven, Gradle
• Others: Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka), Message Queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).

Soft Skills:
