Model Development/Model Validation Role - Banking Sector (6-10 yrs)

- 6 to 10 years of experience in Model Development or Model Validation within the Banking Sector

- Review and assess the model governance, development, validation, documentation, and implementation to evaluate the effectiveness of the scoring, economic capital, rating and other models using statistical, machine learning techniques.

- Automate audit testing by utilizing a variety of modeling, data analysis, and programming tools.

- Proficiency with Python/R, SQL Server, SAS, Excel, JIRA, Bitbucket.

- Experience in developing or validating Credit Risk Models (PD, LGD, EAD) with Python / SAS

- Competent in Model Development and Model Validation with a strong aptitude for report writing, candidates with Model Development experience should have the ability to draft model development reports, while those with Model Validation experience should be skilled in writing validation reports

- Previous experience working with regulatory bodies is essential (For Indian banks, familiarity with RBI regulations, for American banks, knowledge of their respective regulations)
