Job Description
- As a Coupa Invoice Management Specialist at Novo Nordisk, you will:.
- Work together with Project leads within Corporate Procurement in HQ, and provide solutions for Invoice process optimization.
- Leverage hands-on experience in Coupa Invoice management integration with SAP or similar ERP systems..
- Design, implement, and deploy Invoice management across various entities and manage Coupa SAP integration errors.
- Work closely with AP, Project teams, SAP developers, and many teams associated with payouts..
- Work with power tools to build quick automation solutions, used for Invoice data migration etc..
- Gain insight into Purchase to Payment (P2P) business processes..
- Responsible for the delivery of system lifecycle activities such as change/release management, user access management, SarbOx controls, vendor and stakeholder management etc..
- Qualifications.
- Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field..
- Overall 8+ years of industry experience..
- 2+ years of Coupa SAP Integration or any ERP tools experience..
- Experience in handling data migration..
- Experience in working with Power tools and building quick automation solutions..
- Drive process optimization projects independently, providing solutions to complex business processes..
- Engage with stakeholders within GBS and HQ while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn..
- Quickly grasp business needs and communicate effectively in written and verbal English.
