Center Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Center Operations Manager to oversee daily floor operations in our IT product development center. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure seamless coordination between teams, optimize operational efficiency, and foster a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, an understanding of IT workflows, and experience in managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Coordination

Oversee day-to-day activities of software development, quality assurance, and IT support teams.

Ensure teams adhere to Agile, Scrum, or other relevant project management methodologies.

Allocate tasks, track progress, and resolve roadblocks to maintain project timelines.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

2. Operational Oversight & Infrastructure Management

Ensure employees have the necessary tools, software, and hardware for efficient workflow.

Coordinate with IT support teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.

Maintain a secure and well-equipped workplace that supports high productivity.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide insights and reports to senior management on operational performance.

Identify process gaps and implement strategies for operational excellence.

4. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure adherence to data security policies, compliance standards (ISO, SOC, etc.), and company regulations.

Work with internal auditors to maintain certifications and uphold workplace compliance.

Enforce confidentiality, intellectual property protection, and ethical work practices.

5. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture

Act as a key point of contact for employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and professional growth.

Organize team-building activities and wellness programs to maintain a positive work culture.
