Position Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented RPA UiPath Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions in our robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement automation solutions using UiPath, driving operational efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering & Analysis :

- Engage with business stakeholders to identify and document automation requirements, use cases, and workflows.

- Analyze existing processes to determine RPA feasibility and identify opportunities for optimization.

- Develop process documentation, including process maps, PDD (Process Design Documents), and SDD (Solution Design Documents).

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.

- Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather detailed requirements and validate proposed automation solutions.

- Provide input to business teams on process improvements and change management strategies.

Solution Design & Delivery:

- Work closely with RPA developers, architects, and project managers to design and deliver automation solutions using UiPath.

- Ensure that RPA solutions align with business objectives, operational requirements, and compliance standards.

- Conduct functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate automation outcomes.

Documentation & Reporting :

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of RPA processes, workflows, and updates.

- Develop reports and dashboards to track automation performance, ROI, and KPIs.

- Provide training and support to end-users for implemented solutions.

Qualifications and Experience :

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in RPA projects.

- Proven experience with UiPath tools and frameworks.

Technical Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, lifecycle, and best practices.

- Familiarity with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other components.

- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, .NET) is a plus.

Analytical Skills :

- Proficiency in process mapping and tools like Visio or Lucidchart.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment.
