Job Title: Operations Management & Client Success Manager

Location: Baner, Pune (WFO)

Job Overview: Novelvista is seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations Management & Client Success Manager to oversee the learning journey of all participants engaging in our training and certification programs globally. This role will involve managing and supporting clients throughout their training cycle, ensuring smooth execution of operations, and maintaining strong relationships with international clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Success Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all clients, providing continuous support and guidance to participants throughout their training and certification journey.
  • Learning Journey Management: Oversee the complete learning process for all participants, ensuring timely and successful completion of their training programs.
  • Communication & Coordination: Ensure effective and prompt communication with clients via video calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Project Management: Manage and track progress for various projects associated with training and certification programs. Ensure deadlines and milestones are met consistently.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues participants may face during their learning journey.
  • Client Feedback: Gather and analyze feedback from clients and participants to improve program delivery and client experience.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on client status, engagement metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, training, and certification teams to ensure smooth execution and high-quality delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 0.5- 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in BPO, call center, or related environments. Previous experience handling international clients is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a strong command of English. Fluency in video calls and emails.
  • Client Management: Strong experience in client relationship management, especially in a global, multi-cultural environment.
  • Project Management: Experience in coordinating multiple tasks, managing timelines, and working on various projects simultaneously.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using various communication tools (email, video calls, CRM software) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with international markets and handling clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
