Finance Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits.
• Conduct regular reviews of financial processes and procedures, implementing improvements as needed to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including property management and leasing departments, to provide financial support and guidance.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulations affecting commercial real estate accounting, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Assist in special projects and ad hoc analysis as required by senior management.

Required Qualification:

• Masters / bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
