Senior Operations Executive - Legal and Administrative

Legal:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and provide summaries of findings.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external legal counsel as necessary.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure the best terms.
• Monitor and assess vendor performance regularly.

Administrative:

• Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in related fields.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Logical Reasoning Skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
