Senior Legal Associate

Job Description:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including lease agreements, purchase contracts, and service agreements.
• Provide legal guidance on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
• Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of operating and managing co-working spaces.
• Ensure compliance with central, state, and local laws and regulations related to real estate and co-working operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including real estate, finance, and operations, to provide strategic legal advice.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures.
• Oversee and liaise with external counsel as required.
• Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its operations.

Qualification:

• LLB/LLM candidates are preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge on real estate market and affairs preferable
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
